Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may initiate a return after receiving the order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

The order cut-off time for same-day cancellation is 5:00 pm EST on business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order:

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a canceled order has already been charged, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders that have already been shipped.

Customized or personalized items that are made to order.
