Orders

1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete your purchase using one of our secure payment methods.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship free of charge within the United States using our Free Shipping method.

4. How long does delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days

  • Transit Time: 4-7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship orders within the United States.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Payments

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

8. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. Antidress does not store complete payment details.

Returns & Refunds

9. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • If the customer made the wrong order, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

10. What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged during delivery, please take a clear photo and email it to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit, or replacement.

11. Do you charge any restocking fees for returns?
No. We do not charge restocking fees on qualifying returns.
